Salary: €3500 - €4000 (fulltime) dependent on your experience

As a Customer Success Manager at Watermelon, you'll be all about supporting our (key) customers. Your main goal will be to keep customers happy and reduce the number of people who cancel their service by dealing with any issues they have.
Watermelon helps businesses automate their customer service with powerful GPT-4 (AI) Chatbots. In just minutes, you can scan your website, upload documents, and integrate tools to reduce customer service workload. Watermelon makes customer service more efficient and improves customer satisfaction through smart automation.
Support and manage (key) customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
Proactively resolve customer issues, help them confidently use our product, and encourage subscription renewals.
Report on the team's priorities and performance by meeting weekly and providing insight to the management team.
Represent the voice of the customer in company meetings, ensuring their needs are communicated across the business.
Focus on customer happiness and reduce churn by improving the customer journey.
You’re passionate about AI and have experience working with SaaS products or in a SaaS environment.
You bring a strong commercial mindset, always spotting opportunities for B2B sales and overall business growth.
You’re proactive in reducing churn and identifying upsell opportunities.
You’ve acted as a bridge between Customer Experience and Product teams, turning customer feedback into product improvements.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator who connects easily with both customers and colleagues.
You’re flexible, driven, and always thinking one step ahead.
Fluent in Dutch with a strong command of English, to support our customer base effectively.
